Petty & cleaver kitchen set
Completely hand forged petty kitchen knife and cleaver!
The petty knife was forged from 52100 high carbon steel and the cleaver is forged from 5160 carbon carbon spring steel! The blades were satin finished with a scotchbrite belt. The handles are made from roasted curly birch wood, a wood that I personally really like!
Both are razor sharp and ready to work!
Petty specs — Blade length is 5 inches, blade width is 2 inches at the highest point, the handle is 4-1/4 inches with an overall length of just under 9-3/4. The weight is 0.474lbs or 215g
Cleaver specs — blade length is 4-5/8 inches, blade width is 2-3/4 inches, handle length is (including the tail) 5 inches and the overall length is 10 and a half inches. The weight is 0.870lbs or 394g
