80crv2 kitchen set
Completely hand forged from 80crv2 high carbon steel!
both blades have that nice aggressive looking profile that I personally like! Both are forged from 80crv2 high carbon steel which is an excellent steel for both durability and edge retention! Both knives were hand sanded to a 400 grit satin finish, both have wenge wood handles that were hand sanded and polished!
both knives are razor sharp and ready to work!
K-tip knife specs — blade length is 5-1/4 inches, blade height is 2-3/16ish, handle length is 4-1/4 inches with and over all length of 10 inches! The weight is 228g
Standard knife specs — blade length is 5-1/4 inches, blade height is a bit over 2 inches, the handle length is 4 inchesa and overall length is 9- 1/2 inches! The weight is 193g
